These healthy no-bake balls are so tasty and great when you need a little energy boost!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 scoops Vital Proteins unflavored collagen powder (or other collagen/protein powder, can also use vegan protein powder if vegan or just omit!)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (or more if you like it stronger)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor (besides anything used for topping) and blend until well-combined.
  2. Using your hands, form into balls and top with your desired toppings.

Notes

Store in the fridge or freezer.
