These healthy sweet potato fries are SO much better for you and are a more natural alternative to your favorite greasy fries. No toxic fried oils here!

1 large sweet potato
Avocado oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Rosemary
Garlic powder (or minced garlic)
Nutritional yeast
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash and cut sweet potato into fry-like shapes. You can leave the skin on or take it off, up to you!
Mix fries in a bowl with avocado oil so all fries are lightly coated.
Add sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, garlic and nutritional yeast and mix again.
Lay fries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet ensuring there is some space between fries.
Bake for about 22 minutes, flipping them halfway.
Finish with a broil for a few minutes. Watch them carefully as they can burn quickly if you’re not paying close attention!
