  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and cut sweet potato into fry-like shapes. You can leave the skin on or take it off, up to you!
  3. Mix fries in a bowl with avocado oil so all fries are lightly coated.
  4. Add sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, garlic and nutritional yeast and mix again.
  5. Lay fries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet ensuring there is some space between fries.
  6. Bake for about 22 minutes, flipping them halfway.
  7. Finish with a broil for a few minutes. Watch them carefully as they can burn quickly if you’re not paying close attention!
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
