My Green Dream Smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies. It’s filled with tons of healthy nutrients and yummy flavor.
I love to have this Green Dream Smoothie when I want a light and refreshing breakfast. This is a great way to get in some greens and other healthy nutrients first thing after waking up.
You can add protein powder to this smoothie if you prefer, but I love to use these hemp hearts as my protein source. They’re a great whole food alternative to protein powder and also have tons of healthy fats and nutrients.
Ingredients to Green Dream Smoothie:
- Greens of choice
- Frozen fruit
- Nut butter
- Flax seeds
- Hemp hearts
- Spirulina
How to Make Green Dream Smoothie:
The reason I love smoothies so much is that they’re so dang easy! Just throw all the ingredients into a blender, blend and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of greens
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/2 tsp spirulina
Instructions
- Throw ingredients into a blender, blend and then enjoy!
