1/2 of baked japanese sweet potato (or about 3/4 cup mashed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour mix into a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Add toppings if desired.
Bake for 30 mins.
