A super simple no-bake recipe for a healthy and delicious snack or dessert!
These cute little balls are no-bake, meaning no oven necessary! This recipe is only 6 simple ingredients and it’s likely you might have all them all in your pantry already!
I love to make a batch of these and eat them throughout the week as a little afternoon snack. They give me a little energy boost and a burst of happiness!
You can keep it simple as I do, or you can add additional fun things like chocolate chips, hemp hearts, raisins, etc.! Go crazy.
Ingredients for Simple Oat Balls:
- Oats
- Ground flax
- Almond butter (or other nut/seed butter of choice)
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- Sea salt
How to Make Simple Oat Balls:
Soooooo simple. Just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Then, using your hands, form the mixture into little balls and store them in the fridge! Then enjoy!
