These are the EASIEST. COOKIES. EVER! And SO GOOD, too! And the best part? They are only THREE ingredients.
Have I mentioned these are only 3 ingredients? Seriously these cookies couldn’t be any more simple. No flour involved and you probably already have all of the ingredients in your kitchen already. There’s nothing worse than having to run out to the grocery store to pick up 267 different ingredients just to make some dang cookies.
These cookies are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free, but still so very delicious. Then end up having a very soft, moist and chewy texture – my favorite!
They are literally so easy to make there’s absolutely no reason not to try them!
Ingredients for 3 Ingredient Cookies:
- Almond butter, or another nut/seed butter of choice. Just be sure it’s the natural, runny kind. This is the almond butter that I used to make these cookies.
- Coconut sugar
- Egg
- Optional for topping: coarse sea salt or coarse Himalayan pink salt
How to Make 3 Ingredient Cookies:
These cookies take no more than a few minutes to prep before you throw them in the oven.
Just start by preheating the oven and then mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed.
Then use an ice cream scooper or your hand to form the mix into balls and place on a parchment paper-lined pan. Push each ball down onto the pan using a fork.
An optional step is to then top them with a little bit of coarse sea salt or coarse Himalayan pink salt if desired. I highly recommend!! It’s the perfect sweet and salty combo.
Then bake in the oven, let cool and enjoy!
