1 cup almond butter, or nut butter of choice (needs to be the runny, natural kind)
1 egg
1/2 cup coconut sugar
Optional for topping: coarse sea salt or coarse Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
Use an ice cream scooper or your hands to form balls. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and then push them down slightly with a fork.
Top with coarse salt if desired.
Bake in the oven for 10 mins.
Let cool and enjoy!
