Cinnamon and apple are one of my favorite flavor combos, especially as we start to approach the fall season! These Cinnamon Apple Oat Muffins are healthy and made with only clean, simple ingredients and are so perfect when you need a little on-the-go breakfast! You can prep a bunch in advance and save them to eat throughout the week and make it easy.
But the best way to eat it!? Absolutely smothered in nut butter!!!
Ingredients for Cinnamon Apple Oat Muffins:
- Oats
- Cinnamon
- Maple syrup
- Eggs
- Non-dairy milk of choice
- Baking powder
- Sea salt
- Apples, finely chopped
- Optional: chopped walnuts for a little crunch and healthy fat. So yummy!
How to Make Cinnamon Apple Oat Muffins:
Start by preheating the oven and line a muffin pan with liners or a healthy non-stick oil.
Then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and pour the mix into the muffin pan. Bake in the oven, let cool, and enjoy! Be sure to store the extras in the fridge.

- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 apples, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with liners or a healthy non-stick oil.
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour mix into muffin pan and bake for 20 mins.
Notes
Store muffins in the fridge.
