A gluten-free granola filled with delicious fall flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mix onto a parchment paper-lined pan.
  4. Bake for about 18 mins.
