Dairy-Free Coconut Curry

One of my favorite healthy meals when the weather starts to cool down!
- Prep Time: 2 mins
- Cook Time: 5 mins
- Total Time: 7 minutes
- Yield: 2 large servings 1x
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 tbsp ghee, or other healthy oil
- 1.5 tbsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Sauté garlic in ghee/oil for a few minutes on medium or medium-low in a medium pot.
- Add curry paste, coconut aminos and chili flakes and mix together.
- Then add coconut milk, mix together and bring to a low boil.
- Pour on top of your food into a bowl and serve!
