- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tbsp maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 eggs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 cup nut milk of choice⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Line a muffin pan with liners or grease them with a healthy oil and pour the mix into the pan.
- Bake for 25 mins.
