Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 eggs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 cup nut milk of choice⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Line a muffin pan with liners or grease them with a healthy oil and pour the mix into the pan.
  4. Bake for 25 mins.
