These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies are SO EASY and perfect for Fall! These basically taste like normal chocolate chip cookies but have a little, tasty pumpkin addition. I just can never get enough pumpkin once Fall rolls around!
Made with only clean and simple ingredients, these cookies are filled with only the good stuff and are only 6 ingredients.
Since there’s no flour involved, the texture of these cookies is very soft and gooey. My favorite!
Ingredients for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- Natural, runny nut butter. I used Whole Foods organic almond butter.
- Coconut sugar
- Egg
- Pumpkin purée
- Pumpkin spice
- Chocolate chips (of course these are optional but always a yummy edition!)
How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!
I love how easy these are to make! Start by preheating the oven and then mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Form the mix into cookies and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. I usually make this easier by using an ice cream scooper!
Bake in the oven, let cool and enjoy! Be sure to let cool for a little bit before eating – since they are flourless, they need some time to “harden” up after the oven. Let cool completely before you store them.

Ingredients
- 1 cup runny nut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 2.5 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form into cookies and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
