This oatmeal is always on repeat for me when Fall comes around. It’s SO simple to make and the pumpkin edition is seriously so tasty! Try this creamy pumpkin oatmeal when you want a warm, cozy, healthy breakfast.

Ingredients for Creamy Pumpkin Oatmeal:

  • Oats
  • Liquid for oats: Using non-dairy milk makes this way creamier, but you can always use water if needed.
  • Pumpkin puree
  • Pumpkin spice
  • Maple syrup, optional

I love to top this with nut butter and sautéed cinnamon apples, but feel free to top it with whatever you desire!

How to Make Creamy Pumpkin Oatmeal:

Like I said, making this breakfast is so easy. Just start by making oatmeal as usual – I recommend cooking your oatmeal completely in non-dairy milk as it makes it suuuuuper creamy, but you can also use water.

Then while the oatmeal is cooking, add in a spoonful of pumpkin puree, a big dash of pumpkin spice and a little bit of maple syrup. You can omit the maple syrup if you’re trying to avoid sugar, but adding just a little bit can make it so delicious.

When it’s done cooking, top it with nut butter and sautéed cinnamon apples, or whatever toppings you prefer!
