Maple Sweet Potato Bread
Gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and so moist and delicious.

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup mashed sweet potato (about one small garnet sweet potato)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl and pour into parchment paper lined or greased 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
- Add toppings if desired. I added crushed pecans and chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 40-45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
