This is such a fun and healthy way to change things up! These healthy parsnip fries are delicious and are easy to make, too!
Ingredients for Healthy Parsnip Fries:
- Parsnips
- Avocado oil
- Spices: sea salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, and garlic powder
How to Make Healthy Parsnip Fries:
Start by preheating the oven and then washing and cutting the parsnip into fry-like shapes. Mix the parsnip fries in a bowl with avocado oil – enough to coat all fries lightly. Then season as desired with all the spices! Use as much or as little as you want but I recommend using a lot!
Line the fries on a parchment paper-lined pan and bake in the oven, flipping halfway. Enjoy!
