A fun and healthy take on fries!

- Parsnips
- Avocado oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Turmeric
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Wash and cut parsnips into fry-like shapes.
- Mix parsnip fries in a bowl with avocado oil – enough to coat all fries lightly.
- Add in all the spices and mix together. Use as much or as little as you want.
- Line the fries on a parchment paper-lined pan and bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
