A fun and healthy take on fries!


  • Parsnips
  • Avocado oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash and cut parsnips into fry-like shapes.
  3. Mix parsnip fries in a bowl with avocado oil – enough to coat all fries lightly.
  4. Add in all the spices and mix together. Use as much or as little as you want.
  5. Line the fries on a parchment paper-lined pan and bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
