Only 2 ingredients!? YEP! The only ingredients used are eggs and mashed banana! Don’t believe me? Try it!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 eggs

+ cinnamon or any other extras you prefer!

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas thoroughly in a bowl, then add in eggs and mix together.
  2. Add in cinnamon (or other mix-ins) if desired and mix again.
  3. Make pancakes like usual (These pancakes are runnier and harder to flip so I suggest you make them small).
  4. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes about 9 small pancakes. If I’m just eating this alone for breakfast, I’ll eat the whole thing (they are small and thin). If I’m eating them with something else, then I’ll normally split these with my husband.
