Kale chips are an incredibly healthy snack and a nutritional rockstar. And they’re delicious, too!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch of kale – I used Dino Kale
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.
  3. Rip leaves off the stress into smaller pieces and add to a bowl.
  4. Add in the avocado oil and all the seasonings to the bowl and mix together well.
  5. Spread kale onto 2 separate baking sheets. You want them to have space between each kale piece and you don’t want any on top of each other.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 mins. You just need to use your own judgment here since you want them to be fully cooked but not burnt.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
