Simple, clean, and tasty! Is there anything better!?

Ingredients

  • 1 25 oz jar healthy tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups cashews, unsalted + unroasted

Instructions

  1. Start by soaking the cashews in very hot water for 1 hour (optional, but recommended!).
  2. Then drain the cashews and add to a blender along with the tomato sauce.
  3. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  4. Heat, pour over pasta and enjoy.
