Happiness in a slice! These flatbreads are made with only a few healthy ingredients and are so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and place a baking sheet in the oven.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the wet and mix again.
  3. Let sit for about 5 mins.
  4. Add a little bit of avocado oil to your hands, pick up the dough as best you can, and spread it into a 10-inch pizza crust on a piece of parchment paper. The dough will still be pretty wet and hard to hold, but that is okay. Try to spread it out as best you can.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12-14 mins.
  6. Add toppings, place back in the oven again for a few more minutes until it’s ready. Finish with a broil if you added cheese.
  7. Let cool a little, slice, and enjoy!
