These healthy brownie cake bars are super fluffy, incredibly delicious, and melt in your mouth good.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cacao powder
3/4 cup chocolate chips (or as much as you want!)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8″ x 8″ pan with parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
Then add the dry ingredients and mix again.
Add mix to parchment paper-lined pan and top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 20 mins.
Let cool a bit, cut into squares, and enjoy! Top with flaky sea salt for some added salty goodness.
