2 mashed small/medium very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Optional: sea salt for topping!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and place some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Mix wet ingredients (including bananas) together in a bowl.
Now add all the dry ingredients to the same bowl and mix again.
Using an ice cream scooper or your hand, roll the dough into balls, place them on the baking sheet and press them down using your palm. Add more chocolate chips and some sea salt on top if desired!
