You all know I love cycle syncing and I try to at least *roughly* sync my diet to my cycle because that's when I generally feel my best. I'm not strict about it and I always listen to my body, but let me tell ya...my body would almost NEVER want this kind of meal in the luteal and menstrual phases. All I want during that time is cooked/baked veggies, a heavier dose of carbs, and lots and lots of warmth. Our bodies crave different foods during different times of our cycle...that's normal and you should honor it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
