A healthy and delicious recipe made with only 6 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 small/medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with coconut oil or other non-stick oil.
  2. Mash bananas and add to a medium bowl.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl, except for blueberries.
  4. Finally, gently mix in the blueberries and pour into a loaf pan. I saved a few blueberries to add on top once the mix was in the pan.
  5. Bake for about 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy!
