Banana Blueberry Bread

A healthy and delicious recipe made with only 6 ingredients!

- 4 small/medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan with coconut oil or other non-stick oil.
- Mash bananas and add to a medium bowl.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl, except for blueberries.
- Finally, gently mix in the blueberries and pour into a loaf pan. I saved a few blueberries to add on top once the mix was in the pan.
- Bake for about 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
