Coconut Lime Cauliflower Rice is such a delicious, healthy and easy side dish to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag of cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Juice and shavings of 1 lime
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add cauliflower rice and coconut milk to a large pan.
  2. Cook until the coconut milk is soaked up and the cauliflower is cooked. This usually takes about 5-10 mins.
  3. Add lime juice, lime shavings and sea salt, mix together, and enjoy.
