A gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and healthy on-the-go breakfast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cup oats
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 apples, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with liners or a healthy non-stick oil.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Pour mix into muffin pan and bake for 20 mins.

Notes

Store muffins in the fridge.
