A yummy sauce made with only clean ingredients and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/41/2 cup almond milk or other nut milk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Warm up on the stove and enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the thickness of the sauce depending on how much almond milk you put in.

This is enough for 1 person for a huge bowl of pasta or 2 people if its just a side!
