I love this tasty dairy-free pumpkin sauce! It’s so good thrown on top of some pasta or even some veggies.
This sauce is creamy, unique and made with healthy, simple, clean ingredients. Just throw it all into a blender and that’s all you have to do!
Ingredients for Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pasta Sauce:
- Pumpkin puree
- Garlic clove
- Almond milk or other non-dairy milk of choice
- Nutritional yeast
- Chopped onion
- Olive oil
- Sage
- Salt
- Black pepper
How to Make Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pasta Sauce:
This sauce is incredibly easy to make! Just mix all of the ingredients into a blender, warm up on the stove and then serve!
If you’d like you can adjust the thickness of the sauce depending on how much almond milk you put in.

- 1/4 – 1/2 cup almond milk or other nut milk
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
- Warm up on the stove and enjoy!

This is enough for 1 person for a huge bowl of pasta or 2 people if its just a side!
