I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Jillian, but my friends just call me Jillz. I’m a Nashville, TN based health coach and wellness blogger. I’m fascinated by all things natural health, holistic living, and personal development. Oh, and I also love food, too! But I wasn’t always this way…

I actually grew up on fast food and was the pickiest and most terrible eater. I never learned how to cook and had absolutely no interest in learning. But a few years after graduating from USC and working my corporate finance job, I became burnt-out, stressed-out and my health drastically declined. I developed an autoimmune issue and a plethora of other health issues. I was no longer happy nor comfortable in my own body.

If you know me, you know I’m incredibly persistent and determined when I set my mind to something. Well, I was determined to become healthy and feel good again. So I set out to do just that and focused on healing my body through natural and holistic methods.

Through this process, I forced myself to learn to cook healthy food and taught myself anything and everything I could about the body and optimal health. I developed a passion and curiosity for cooking, baking and all things health and wellness, including the spiritual and “woo-woo” side. I now feel better than I ever have before and love encouraging and supporting people to create healthier habits so they can feel their best, too!

Now I love to share healthy recipes and everything that I learn about wellness and living a happy life. I hope to inspire you to eat healthier and live happier.

Besides that, I’m married to my husband Cole, my high school sweetheart, and have two loving golden retrievers, Beau and Piper. When I’m not working on this blog, my YouTube channel, or working with clients, I love to read, have deep convos with friends, or partake in a good Netflix binge. Could you have guessed I’m a Cancer?!
