Let’s talk about how to track your cycle naturally (AKA the fertility awareness method) by tracking your basal body temperature! The basal body temperature method is a really easy way to track your period + track ovulation and can be great natural birth control if you choose!

Women’s health is often left with little attention or focus – this is why it’s so important to be advocates of our own health and to know how to track your cycle so we can understand what’s going on with our own bodies. This isn’t just useful for fertility and either achieving or avoiding pregnancy, but it’s also SO helpful for understanding your hormones and your own cyclical rhythm.
