10 of My Favorite Health + Beauty Amazon Finds

Amazon has so many goodies, but here are some of my favorite health, wellness + beauty finds! All of the products are under $50, but most are much cheaper! Click on the photos to find them on Amazon.

1. Wake Up Light – $39.99

I’m in love with this wake light. I’ve been using it for about a month now and it’s drastically improved my sleeping habits and helped to regulate my circadian rhythm. I’ve always been a huge night owl and had trouble falling asleep at a decent hour…and then it would make it incredibly hard to wake up on time in the morning.

First reason why I love this: it allows me to put my iPhone in another room for the night and keep it OUT of the bedroom! This is so important. When my phone is out of the room, I’ll usually spend 30 minutes or so reading before bed, instead of staring at a screen. There’s less temptation when you have to get out of bed and go to another room just to check your phone!

Secondly, I love the sunrise and sunset settings. When you set your alarm in the morning, you can set a certain amount of time in which it will slowly light up until it reaches full brightness. I usually set it for 30 minutes. However, I especially love the sunset setting – you can push the sunset button and have it go from full brightness to darkness over a certain period of time. I usually set this for 30 minutes as well and it really, REALLY helps me to calm down and prepare for bed. A few minutes before it goes out, I lay down to sleep and close my eyes for bed!

2. Aleavia Orchid Body Wash – $19.99

It’s actually really hard to find a body wash that truly has CLEAN ingredients! Although there are several brands and varieties that are cleaner than what we would find a few years ago, they aren’t totally pure. But this one is only 8 simple, clean ingredients and it works! I love when I can just buy simple things like soap on Amazon, too.

3. Tongue Scraper – $7.99

If you have yet to try a tongue scraper, then you need to ASAP! Tongue scrapers are magical and honestly so addicting and satisfying. Basically you just gently scrape the curved part from the back of your tongue to the front and you’ll see it pull up a bunch of gross, white gunk. It feels so good to get this out of your mouth!

That white gunk is just bacteria and leftover food particles that are sitting in your mouth, so this is very beneficial for your oral health and in turn your entire body (oral health is very closely intertwined with overall health!). It also helps to get off leftover flavors that are sitting on your tongue.

Seriously try it – they are amazing.

4. High-Frequency Skin Therapy Wand – $46.95

I love this little tool! This high-frequency wand helps acne and skin aging, but I use it for acne specifically. You can use it every day if you’d like, but I normally just use it when zits pop up. I “zap” it for about 30 seconds or so and it doesn’t hurt at all as you can adjust the intensity. If you use it for too long, all that will happen is your face will get dry in that area so it’s not the end of the world.

It really helps my acne, especially when I put on some Cocokind Turmeric Spot Treatment after (listed below.)

5. Konjac Exfoliating Sponge – $9.99

These sponges are used while washing your face to gently help cleanse and exfoliate. My skin has always been extremely sensitive to everything, and exfoliation is no different. Right now I currently use an enzyme exfoliator occasionally, while using one of these daily while I wash my face. It’s extremely gentle, doesn’t aggravate my skin, and helps to give me a natural, healthy glow!

6. Gua Sha Massage Tool – $9.95

If you haven’t heard of gua sha, it’s a facial technique that’s designed to promote lymphatic drainage, increase blood flow and relieve muscle tension. A crucial part of the lymphatic system’s job is to help “take out the trash” and get rid of toxins. The only thing is this system is unable to pump on its own, therefore we have to manually do it ourselves. We can help move our lymph in our body by exercising, stretching, dry brushing, rebounding and using an infrared sauna, but this gua sha tool helps to move it specifically within your face and neck.

Not only does it feel nice, it’s good for you too and it makes your skin (and eyes) look more alive. It can even help reduce acne since it helps the body naturally get rid of the bad stuff.

7. Ice Roller – $14.99

Another face product! Basically you keep this in your freezer and when you wake up in the morning, gently roll this across your face. It feels SO GOOD. It’s extremely refreshing and totally wakes you and your skin up! It also decreases inflammation and redness.

8. Eco Lips Mongo Kiss Organic Lip Balm – $10.49

It took me a long time to find a lip balm that I loved. These are 100% organic and cruelty-free, have super clean ingredients and are very moisturizing! I bought this pack of 4 and now have one in my bedroom, one in my office, one in my purse and one in my gym backpack….so clearly I always like to have one of these handy! I found it hard for a while to find a lip balm that was clean and actually worked, but these are it!

Seriously, these work SO WELL. Just look at the insane amount of positive reviews!

By the way, you can also buy these at Whole Foods, too!

9. Cocokind Turmeric Spot Treatment – $9.42

Whenever I have a big zit coming in (which thankfully is much rarer these days), I immediately put this turmeric spot treatment on it. It works really well and is super gentle. It won’t dry out your face at all, but it does reduce the inflammation dramatically. And it’s so clean and natural!

Just note that turmeric stains! If I feel like I need to wear this while sleeping, I’ll put a towel I don’t care about on my pillow.

These are also found at Whole Foods!

10. Simple Modern 40 oz Water Bottle – $21.99

These are basically just much cheaper Hydroflasks. They come in a TON of different colors and also many different sizes, too, if 40 oz isn’t what you’re looking for. But I recommend getting a huge one like this because, at least for me, I really only need to drink two of these a day!

I purchased the “cotton candy” color over a year ago and it’s still going strong.

And one extra because why not…

Coconut Oil – $27.15

Everybody needs a huuuge tub of coconut oil. Coconut oil is so diverse since you can cook/bake with it and also apply it to your skin! I have this tub sitting under my bathroom sink and I use it to moisturize my body. It’s incredibly hydrating and also smells good! Extra benefit: you can also use it as a healthy lube! Just don’t use this if you use condoms since oils can break down the latex.

Those are all my favorite amazon wellness products! If you try any of these, let me know how you like it!
