Today I’m chatting about how your emotions affect your body (especially repressed emotions) and how having poor emotional health can lead to an imbalance within the body, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other problems. In this video, I’m also sharing how emotions can be stored or cause problems to specific organs or areas of the body and what you can do to release these trapped energies.
It’s important to feel your feelings. The mind-body connection is so very real so I hope this encourages you to take care of your mental health and emotional health just as much as your physical health!
