A good apple crisp is a must-have dessert for the Fall season, and this one is made with only clean ingredients and is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free!
It’s even more delicious when you serve it with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream…..mmmmm SO GOOD.
Ingredients for Healthy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp:
Filling:
- Apples of choice, skin peeled and sliced very thinly (I used Honeycrisp)
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon
Crust:
- Almond flour
- Ghee or butter (could also use coconut oil)
- Shredded coconut
- Pecans
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon
- Sea salt
- Vanilla extract
How to Make Healthy Gluten-Free Apple Crisp:
Start by preheating the oven and mixing the filling ingredients together and add them to an 8″ x 8″ greased pan.
Then, add the crust ingredients to a food processor and blend. Place the crust over the apples and spread it out evenly across.
Bake in the oven, let cool a bit and enjoy!

- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Crust:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp ghee (or butter)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the filling ingredients together and add it to an 8″ x 8″ greased pan.
- Add the crust ingredients to a food processor and blend.
- Spread the crust over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 mins.
- Enjoy!
